Since its inception in 2008 DLRAA has had a constant stream of regional coverage with features in Derby Evening Telegraph, Leicester Mercury, Watford Free Observer, Essex Chronicle, Liverpool Daily Post, Birmingham Post, Warwickshire Evening Telegraph, MK News and Coventry Telegraph, to name a few.

Radio coverage has included live interviews with BBC Radio Derby and Capital East Midlands, live news feeds from the base on Radio Rutland and regular mentions on Oak FM. Television coverage has included Sky News, BBC Midlands Today, BBC Look East and ITV Anglia and Central.
